Circuit Board Planes

In the image below is how I envision a plane in a circuit board. The important part is understanding current follow, which causes unwanted differences in voltages. The primary flow is between two points. When looking at the matrix, where did you place your power connector that provide the current your device (motor in this case) needs? Which op amp will provide the most accurate motor current? What happens if the motor/device is tied to point A and the power connector is at Point C? You can use capacitors to help control surges, but there will still be a DC current that will impact the opamp levels.
